Biographie
Ayant des formations en ingénierie et analyses des systèmes, développement des systèmes socioéconomiques et gestion des projets technologiques, Kamran a un parcours professionnel dans la gestion des projets, le développement de nouveaux produits et services et l’intégration des nouvelles technologies dans les entreprises de grandes échelles depuis 2003. Il porte un intérêt particulier au sujet du cadrage des projets d’innovation, la collaboration des équipes multidisciplinaire et le Sensemaking.

Kamran is a PHD candidate at Design school of university of Montréal. His thesis is about developing a new model regarding collaborative framing of design and innovation projects. He received his M. Ing in management of technological projects form university of Montréal, Montréal, Canada (2013), M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering- Socioeconomic systems from Bu Ali Sina University Hamedan, Iran (2009) and a B.Sc in Systems analysis and development from Azad University (2003), Tehran, Iran.
Kamran has a strong professional background in innovation project management, development of new products and services and integration of new technologies in many multinational companies since 2003. He contributed significantly to establish and implement innovative approaches in order to: produce electrical devices, develop robotized operation management system in aerospace industry, manufacture coffee machines and modernize banking services.
In his interdisciplinary research, Kamran integrates different concepts such as: framing of innovation projects, collaboration under interdisciplinary, creation of shared understanding in multidisciplinary teams and organizational sensemaking. He is conducting his research project under the supervision of Professor Mithra Zahedi.
